Establishment of Vuteq Logistics Thai Co., Ltd.

On June 1, 2025, “Vuteq Logistics Thai Co., Ltd. (hereafter “VLC”) was established in the
Amasta City/Chonburi Industrial District, Chomburi Prefecture, Thailand.
With approximately 400 employees and a fleet of more than 250 trucks, VLC has begun to provide high-quality
domestic transportation services, including milk runs, to customers in the automotive and agricultural industries.
For more than 30 years, the Vuteq Group has been developing its manufacturing and logistics business in Thailand,
with a focus on the automotive industry.
With this business expansion, we will further strengthen the integration of manufacturing and logistics, and by providing
higher value-added services, we will meet the expectations of our customers and contribute to the sustainable
development of Thailand.
